Pete Andrews is celebrating his 24th year in helping people plan, understand and navigate through the challenges of money management, personal budgeting, and how to best achieve their retirement goals. Pete is considered to be a financial quarterback - recognized for his integrity and ability to build foundational relationships that match financial needs and sense of urgency. When coaching people in transition, he believes that partnering with a seasoned financial advisor places individuals in the game with someone who cares about them. When going through change, Pete's approach is that of a problem solver. His ability to brake-down a complex situation and provide a simple plan of execution is what has underscored his success in some of the worst economic times our country has ever seen.
Prior to his engagement with Syntesis Global™, Peter established and serves as the Managing Partner for the `Andrews Financial Group' a boutique investment firm where clients can handle most of their financial needs through specialists who are proven experts in their scope of work.
Peter's career has been highlighted most recently during the 2009/2010 financial crisis. While most of the industry continued an archaic "buy and hold" strategy, 50% of personal assets disappeared overnight as a result of bad advice. During this difficult time, Pete and his team transferred over 25 million of their client's assets to cash, bonds and guaranteed investment income. This strategy protected assets that many clients who were retired could not have earned again and could not live without. Also, over the last decade Pete has been very active in helping over 3,000 families get a Living Trust to not only protect their assets but also their wishes.
